The theme for National Volunteer Week 2024 is “Every Moment Matters,” which emphasizes the importance of every volunteer and the valuable contributions they make. This theme perfectly represents the selflessness, dedication, and passion that motivates our amazing volunteers and foster parents who devote their time and efforts to improve the lives of shelter animals.
Our volunteers are the backbone of our mission. They provide socialization to increase the chances of adoption, offer their homes to provide a nurturing environment for animals in need and help prepare pet food packages and supplies for families experiencing financial hardship. They also play a vital role in informing the public about our mission, fundraising initiatives, and promoting responsible pet care in our community. Their tireless efforts inspire us every day, and we are deeply grateful for their dedication and commitment to our cause. With the dedication and support of our volunteers, we can provide a brighter future for animals in London and surrounding areas and make our community a more humane place for all.
