London, ON (June 10, 2020) – Humane Society London & Middlesex (HSLM) is proud to announce the appointment of the new Board of Directors Chair, Michael DeLorenzi.
Michael is the President of Northern Commerce, a digital agency headquartered in London, Ontario. He oversees the senior leadership and management teams, with a focus on improving Northern’s solution offering and developing an outstanding corporate culture. An innovative entrepreneur with a passion for giving back to the community, Michael developed Northern Cares, a platform for corporate philanthropy that has raised and contributed over $700,000 to deserving not for profit organizations.
“Northern is dedicated to supporting the communities in which we are proud members of. Our relationship with HSLM has grown substantially over the past two years, and the impact that we have seen with the launch of the new HSLM brand has been nothing short of astounding.” says DeLorenzi, “I am excited to take on the role as Board Chair and look forward to continuing this momentum.”
In 2018, as part of their Northern Cares initiative, Northern committed $150,000 worth of services towards the rebranding and digital transformation for HSLM.

HSLM is excited to be entering into our new era of growth. With the addition of our Board Chair Michael DeLorenzi, HSLM welcomes Matt Reid as Board Vice-Chair, Janelle Constantino as Board Treasurer and Jessica Mullen as Board Secretary. The 2020 HSLM Board of Directors includes Kyle Crichton, Dan Frija, Karla Milinkovic, Cavin Morton, and Brent Yost.
