Cindy Raikes, BA, B. of Ed. in Adult Education

Cindy is an associate compliance and risk manager for a London insurance company. Her career involves interpreting legislation and regulatory requirements, analyzing processes and recommending enhancements and providing support and guidance to financial advisors and staff.
Cindy is a strong supporter of community service and has served on other non-profit Councils and Boards. She spends her free time with her family, traveling, cooking and quilting.
Sophie LaRochelle, BSc. Eng.
Sophie is currently the Architectural products Portfolio Manager of the 3M Commercial Solutions Division. She joined 3M Canada in 1995 as a product Engineer at the Brockville Tape Plant. In 1999, Sophie moved to London to continue her 3M career as an Application Engineer in the Automotive Aftermarket Division and in 2001 she changed career path by joining the Marketing Team of 3M Consumer Business group.
Sophie holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Queen’s University and a Marketing Certificate from Western Continuing Studies.
In her spare time, Sophie enjoys Photography, Golf and Travelling.
Sarah C. Low, BA, LL.B
Sarah is an Associate at McKenzie Lake Lawyers LLP in London, Ontario specializing in Employment Law and advisory for both employers and employees. Sarah attended Western University to obtain an undergraduate degree in History and Anthropology, as well as her Bachelor of Laws. She was admitted to the Bar in the Province of Ontario in 2007, and joined McKenzie Lake in 2012.
As a strong believer in community service, Sarah previously served on the Board of Directors for Leads Employment Services. She enjoys travel, cooking, and spending time with her family.
Brent A. Yost, BA, MBA
Brent is currently a Project Lead at General Dynamics Land Systems Canada & Adjunct Professor at the Lawrence Kinlin School of Business, Fanshawe College in London, Ontario. Brent holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of Western Ontario, and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Fredericton.
In addition to his passion for animal welfare, Brent has been an active member of various local sports organizations. In his spare time, Brent still enjoys playing sports, and spending time with his growing family.
Margaret S. Yost, BScN
Margaret (Mag) is retired from nursing after a 40 year career in both hospital and community health nursing as well as teaching. Mag received her nursing diploma from the Ottawa Civic Hospital School of Nursing, and her BScN at the University of Western Ontario.
As a strong believer in the importance of volunteering, Mag has volunteered with London Minor Sports Associations (hockey, lacrosse and soccer), and with the Thames Valley Board of Education. She enjoys travelling, bowling and time with family.
