Michael DeLorenzi

Michael is the President of Northern Commerce, Canada’s leading Digital Agency. He oversees the senior leadership and management teams, with a focus on improving Northern’s solution offering and developing an outstanding corporate culture. He is also responsible for strengthening Northern’s value proposition by establishing strategic partnerships with leading technology firms such as Adobe and Google. Michael is an innovative entrepreneur with a passion for giving back to the community. Most notably he has developed NCares, a platform for corporate philanthropy that has raised and contributed over $700,000 to deserving organizations. In his spare time, Michael enjoys being active, spending time outdoors, and caring for his two Savannah cats, Georgie and Buckey.

Matthew D. Reid
Vice Chair

Matt is a Personal Injury Lawyer and Partner at Cohen Highley Law Firm in London. He is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and the University of Ottawa’s Faculty of Law. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2013.

Matt is the former chair of the Thames Valley District School Board and School Trustee for London Wards 2-6 from 2013-2018. He currently sits on the Middlesex London Health Unit’s Board of Directors and has served on a variety of community boards and organizations. Matt has volunteered in Africa and was the recipient of the Loran National Scholarship while at Western. He was named one of London’s Top 20 under 40 in 2016 and was nominated for a Pillar Community Innovation Award in 2019.

In his spare time, Matt enjoys travelling.

Janelle Costantino, CPA, CA

Janelle is the Accounting Manager at Race Roster, an online event registration platform headquartered in London, ON. She manages the bookkeeping, financial reporting and analysis and provides general accounting/finance support for both the company and event organizers.

Janelle has experience in Municipal government where she managed the finance department, assisted in developing the annual budget, tracked expenditures against plan, and created and presented reports to Council.
She began her career in public accounting with Deloitte where she specialized in financial statement preparation, audits, internal control testing and specified auditing procedures.

Janelle graduated with an Honors Bachelor’s degree from Huron University College at the University of Western Ontario in 2009. She earned her Chartered Professional Accountant designation in January 2014. Her free time is spent being active and spoiling her Great Dane, Emmy.

Jessica Mullen, BA

Jessica is a graduate from the University of Windsor with a Bachelor of Arts, Honours in Criminology. She has always valued community, serving many volunteer roles including: Victim Services, the Big Sisters program, and Outreach for Hunger.
Jessica and her partner love to travel the world and both share a passion for animals. They have a rescue Lab/Shepherd cross named Link and a cat named Lua.

Eric Conway

Eric is from Burlington, ON but has spent most of his adult life in London. He is a landscape architect in the Parks and Recreation department at the City of London. He has earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Integrated Land Planning Technologies from Fanshawe College and a Bachelor if Landscape Architecture from the University of Guelph. He is an avid golfer and lover of plants and animals. He has many pets and enjoys exploring the local hiking trails with his dogs.

Kyle Crichton, CPA

Kyle is the Director of Finance at Northern Commerce where he oversees the corporate finance and accounting activities of Northern and its sister companies. Prior to joining Northern, Kyle worked at EllisDon within the Capital group and prior to that, he worked in the Assurance Services group of Ernst & Young LLP.

Kyle attended the University of Western Ontario where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree, Honours Specialization in Accounting. Whenever possible, he enjoys spending time mountain biking, playing soccer and travelling. Kyle and his partner, Elizabeth, have a Sheltie named Phoebe and two cats – Sushi and Pumpkin.

Dan Frijia

Dan is an Estimator and Project Manager at Southside Group, one of the Southwestern Ontario’s leading development companies.
He specializes in budgeting of large construction projects and cost prohibitive measures. Dan holds an Advanced Diploma in Construction Engineering Management Technology from Fanshawe College.
In his free time, Dan enjoys home building, watching and playing basketball and supporting local businesses as much as possible.

Amanda Li, BSc Honors, DVM

Originally from Vancouver, BC, Amanda graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Science in the Bio-Medical Science program. After graduating from the Ontario Veterinary College, Amanda moved to London where she currently practices as an associate veterinarian. In her spare time, she enjoys riding horses, trying new recipes, and exploring with her two dogs, Wilshire and Halifax.

Karla Milinkovic, BA

Karla is the Manager of Donor Relations and Stewardship at London Health Sciences Foundation (LHSF). She has been with LHSF since 2016 where she specializes in donor recognition and cultivation event execution, supporting the hospital’s key initiatives and helping to maximize fundraising successes.

Karla holds a BA from Queen’s University and previous to her role at LHSF Karla worked in corporate event management for the private sector. Karla and her partner Graham have two rescue dogs, Row and Arlo.

Cavin Morton CIM, HBA 

Cavin is a Vice President, Portfolio Manager and Wealth Advisor with RBC Dominion Securities, Canada’s largest full service investment and wealth management firm. He has 15 years of progressively senior experience in capital markets and wealth management with two of Canada’s largest financial institutions.

Prior to joining RBC Dominion Securities, Cavin worked on Bay Street with corporate and institutional clients in the capital markets business of a major Canadian bank. During his tenure, he analyzed and advised on over $3 billion of corporate mergers and acquisitions, and over $1 billion in financings for public companies. He later went on to a credit risk management role in the firm’s credit capital markets division, focusing on the bank’s international corporate clients. Cavin graduated with distinction from the Honours Business Administration program at the Ivey Business School and holds several designations and certifications in investment and wealth management.  He is passionate about caring for animals in need and can often be found spending time with his beloved Boston Terrier, Ivey.

Brent A. Yost, BA, MBA

Brent is currently a Relationship Manager, Business Banking at BMO Financial & Adjunct Professor at the Lawrence Kinlin School of Business, Fanshawe College in London, Ontario. Brent holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of Western Ontario, and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Fredericton.

In addition to his passion for animal welfare, Brent has been an active member of various local sports organizations. In his spare time, Brent still enjoys playing sports, and spending time with his growing family.
