Cindy Raikes, BA, B. of Ed. in Adult Education

Cindy is an associate compliance and risk manager for a London insurance company.  Her career involves interpreting legislation and regulatory requirements, analyzing processes and recommending enhancements and providing support and guidance to financial advisors and staff.

Cindy is a strong supporter of community service and has served on other non-profit Councils and Boards. She spends her free time with her family, traveling, cooking and quilting.

Margaret S. Yost, BScN

Chair, Board of Directors

Margaret (Mag) is retired from nursing after a 40 year career in both hospital and community health nursing as well as teaching. Mag received her nursing diploma from the Ottawa Civic Hospital School of Nursing, and her BScN at the University of Western Ontario.

As a strong believer in the importance of volunteering, Mag has volunteered with London Minor Sports Associations (hockey, lacrosse and soccer), and with the Thames Valley Board of Education. She enjoys travelling, bowling and time with family.

Janelle Costantino, CPA, CA

Janelle is a Manager with MNP LLP in London, ON. As part of the firm’s Assurance Services team, Janelle delivers a range of audit and compliance services to clients across many industries. She specializes in financial statement preparation, audits, internal control testing and specified auditing procedures.

Janelle graduated with an Honors Bachelor’s degree from Huron University College at the University of Western Ontario in 2009. She earned her Chartered Professional Accountant designation in January 2014. Her free time is spent being active and spoiling her Great Dane, Emmy.

Michael DeLorenzi

Michael is the President of Northern Commerce, Canada’s leading Digital Agency. He oversees the senior leadership and management teams, with a focus on improving Northern’s solution offering and developing an outstanding corporate culture. He is also responsible for strengthening Northern’s value proposition by establishing strategic partnerships with leading technology firms such as Adobe and Google.

Michael is an innovative entrepreneur with a passion for giving back to the community. Most notably he has developed NCares, a platform for corporate philanthropy that has raised and contributed over $700,000 to deserving organizations.

In his spare time, Michael enjoys being active, spending time outdoors, and caring for his two Savannah cats, Georgie and Buckey.

Justin Fidler

Justin is currently a Facility Services Manager for the Municipality of Middlesex Centre.  Justin has spent the last 25 years working in Facility Services both at a Municipal Government level and with the Private Sector.
 
Justin has previously served as a Board Director for 6 + years with the Ontario Recreation Facilities Association and also serving as part of the Refrigeration Technical Advisory Committee for the Ontario Recreation Facilities Association for 3 years.
 
Strongly believing in the importance of volunteering, Justin has spent many years coaching hockey both at a minor hockey level and at a junior hockey level.
 
Justin and his family currently have 1 dog, Scotia, who is a Boxer/Shepard cross.

Sophie LaRochelle, BSc. Eng.

Vice Chair, Board of Directors

Sophie is currently the Architectural products Portfolio Manager of the 3M Commercial Solutions Division.   She joined 3M Canada in 1995 as a product Engineer at the Brockville Tape Plant.   In 1999, Sophie moved to London to continue her 3M career as an Application Engineer in the Automotive Aftermarket Division and in 2001 she changed career path by joining the Marketing Team of 3M Consumer Business group.

Sophie holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Queen’s University and a Marketing Certificate from Western Continuing Studies.

In her spare time, Sophie enjoys Photography, Golf and Travelling.

Sarah C. Low, BA, LL.B

Sarah is an Associate at McKenzie Lake Lawyers LLP in London, Ontario specializing in Employment Law and advisory for both employers and employees.  Sarah attended Western University to obtain an undergraduate degree in History and Anthropology, as well as her Bachelor of Laws. She was admitted to the Bar in the Province of Ontario in 2007, and joined McKenzie Lake in 2012.

As a strong believer in community service, Sarah previously served on the Board of Directors for Leads Employment Services.  She enjoys travel, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Karla Milinkovic, BA
Director

Karla is the Manager of Donor Relations and Stewardship at London Health Sciences Foundation (LHSF). She has been with LHSF since 2016 where she specializes in donor recognition and cultivation event execution, supporting the hospital’s key initiatives and helping to maximize fundraising successes.

Karla holds a BA from Queen’s University and previous to her role at LHSF Karla worked in corporate event management for the private sector. Karla and her partner Graham have two rescue dogs, Row and Arlo.

Jessica Mullen, BA
Director

Jessica is a graduate from the University of Windsor with a Bachelor of Arts, Honours in Criminology. She has always valued community, serving many volunteer roles including: Victim Services, the Big Sisters program, and Outreach for Hunger.
Jessica and her partner love to travel the world and both share a passion for animals. They have a rescue Lab/Shepherd cross named Link and a cat named Lua.

Brent A. Yost, BA, MBA

Brent is currently a Relationship Manager, Business Banking at BMO Financial & Adjunct Professor at the Lawrence Kinlin School of Business, Fanshawe College in London, Ontario. Brent holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of Western Ontario, and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Fredericton.

In addition to his passion for animal welfare, Brent has been an active member of various local sports organizations. In his spare time, Brent still enjoys playing sports, and spending time with his growing family.
